I consent to the creation and publication of image, sound, and film recordings of me to the extent and for the purposes described below.
I consent to the use of personal information about me (title, name, first name, and position), images of myself provided by me to the German Commission for UNESCO (DUK), and image, sound, and film material created by the DUK during the event on April 17, 2026, will be transmitted to the Federal Ministry of Education, Family, Seniors, Women, and Youth (BMBFSFJ). The DUK and the BMBFSFJ process this data and material for the purpose of documentation and accompanying or subsequent reporting on the event. This usage includes print and online media (e.g., flyers, reports, brochures, films), the websites www.bne-portal.deExterner Link: and www.unesco.de, and social networks such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This also includes the publication of the images, image, sound and film materials for the promotion of future events.
Insofar as my image, sound and film recordings provide information about my so-called ethnic origin, religion or health (e.g. skin color, headgear, glasses), my consent also applies to this information.
Information on the internet is accessible worldwide and can be found using search engines and linked to other information, which may be used to create personality profiles about me. Information posted online, such as photos or videos, can be copied and redistributed and used for the training of artificial intelligence applications. In the case of online publication, the DUK/BMBFSFJ have no control over whether the photos can later be found in locations other than those of the publication and, in particular, there may only be limited legal protection internationally.
My consent is voluntary and is given on the basis of my free decision. Consent can be revoked at any time, e.g. by sending an e-mail to bne@unesco.de or 513@bmbfsfj.bund.de. The legality of the processing carried out until revocation remains unaffected. As the measures serve to promote the event, photos/videos may be stored until at least 31 December 2030, or in any case until the end of the UNESCO project “BNE 2030”, unless expressly revoked. Photos/videos in which I am recognizable and which essentially only show me will be removed from the website after explicit revocation and will no longer be used for new printed materials. If I am pictured in the photo/video together with other people, the photo/video does not have to be removed; it is sufficient if I am immediately made unrecognisable in the photo/video (e.g., by pixelation or retouching). If the recordings were available on the Internet, they will be removed insofar as this is within the power of the BMBFSFJ and the DUK.

When you register for the ESD Community Event organized by the BMBFSFJ and DUK, your personal data (title, surname, first name, position, institution, email address, telephone number if applicable, and additional information) will be processed for the purpose of managing your registration and organising the event. For this purpose, the data will be stored in the project documents of the BMBFSFJ and DUK for the specified purpose. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Ich willige ein, dass Bild-, Ton- und Filmaufnahmen in dem nachfolgend beschriebenen Umfang und zu den beschriebenen Zwecken von mir angefertigt und veröffentlicht werden dürfen.
Ich willige ein, dass Informationen zu meiner Person (Titel, Name, Vorname und Funktion), die von mir an die Deutsche UNESCO-Kommission (DUK) bereitgestellten Bilder meiner Person sowie die während der Veranstaltung durch die DUK erstellten Bild-, Ton- und Filmmaterialien im Rahmen der Veranstaltung am 17.04.2026 an das Bundesministerium für Bildung, Familie, Senioren, Frauen und Jugend (BMBFSFJ) übermittelt werden. Die DUK und das BMBFSFJ dürfen diese Daten und Materialien zum Zweck der Dokumentation sowie der begleitenden oder nachträglichen Berichterstattung über die Veranstaltung verarbeiten. Dies umfasst Print- und Onlinemedien (z. B. Flyer, Berichte, Broschüren, Filme), die Webseiten www.bne-portal.deExterner Link: und www.unesco.de sowie soziale Netzwerke wie Instagram, LinkedIn und YouTube. Auch eine Nutzung zur Bewerbung künftiger Veranstaltungen ist eingeschlossen.
Soweit sich aus meinen Bild-, Ton- und Filmaufnahmen Hinweise auf meine sog. ethnische Herkunft, Religion oder Gesundheit ergeben (z. B. Hautfarbe, Kopfbedeckung, Brille), bezieht sich meine Einwilligung auch auf diese Angaben.
Informationen im Internet sind weltweit zugänglich und können mit Suchmaschinen gefunden und mit anderen Informationen verknüpft werden, woraus sich unter Umständen Persönlichkeitsprofile über mich erstellen lassen. Ins Internet gestellte Informationen, wie Fotos oder Videos, können kopiert und weiterverbreitet und für das Training von Anwendungen von sog. künstlicher Intelligenz verwendet werden. Bei einer Online-Veröffentlichung haben die DUK und das BMBFSFJ keine Kontrolle darüber, ob die Fotos später an anderen Orten als den ursprünglichen Veröffentlichungsseiten erscheinen; insbesondere international kann der Rechtsschutz eingeschränkt sein.
Meine Einwilligung ist freiwillig und wird auf Basis meiner freien Entscheidung erteilt. Die Einwilligung kann jederzeit, etwa per E-Mail an bne@unesco.de oder 513@bmbfsfj.bund.de, widerrufen werden. Die Rechtmäßigkeit der bis zum Widerruf erfolgten Verarbeitung bleibt davon unberührt. Da die Maßnahmen der Darstellung der Veranstaltung dienen, können Fotos/Videos ohne ausdrücklichen Widerruf bis mindestens zum 31.12.2030, jedenfalls bis zum Ende des UNESCO-Projekts „BNE 2030“, aufbewahrt werden. Fotos/Videos, auf denen ich erkennbar bin und die im Wesentlichen nur mich zeigen, werden nach einem expliziten Widerruf aus dem Internetangebot entfernt und nicht mehr für neue Drucksachen verwendet. Sofern ich auf dem Foto/Video zusammen mit anderen Personen abgebildet bin, muss das Foto/Video nicht entfernt werden, sondern es genügt, wenn ich unverzüglich auf dem Foto/Video unkenntlich gemacht werde (z. B. durch Verpixelung oder Retusche). Waren die Aufnahmen im Internet verfügbar, erfolgt die Entfernung, soweit sie den Verfügungsmöglichkeiten des BMBFSFJ und der DUK unterliegt.

Im Rahmen Ihrer Anmeldung zum ESD-Community Event von BMBFSFJ und DUK werden Ihre personenbezogenen Daten zur Person (Titel, Name, Vorname, Funktion, Institution, E-Mail, ggf. Telefonnummer, weitere Hinweise) zum Zweck der Verwaltung Ihrer Anmeldung und Durchführung der Veranstaltung verarbeitet. Dazu werden die Daten in den Projektunterlagen des BMBFSFJ und der DUK zweckgebunden gespeichert. Rechtsgrundlage für diese Verarbeitung ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
