Privacy Policy
I agree that image, sound and film recordings of me may be made and published to the extent and for the purposes described below.
I agree that information about me (title, surname, first name and function), my pictures provided by me to the German Commission for UNESCO (“DUK”) and the image, sound and film material produced by the DUK during the event will be processed by the DUK for the purpose of documentation, accompanying or subsequent reporting on this event. The scope includes both print and online media such as flyers, reports, page flows and brochures, films, the websites www.fair-culture.orgExterner Link: and unesco.deExterner Link: as well as social networks such as X (Twitter), Instagram and YouTube), including publication of the images, image, sound and film materials, as well as for the promotion of future events.
Insofar as my image, sound and film recordings contain references to my so-called ethnic origin, religion or health (e.g. skin color, headgear, glasses), my consent also refers to this information.
Information on the internet is accessible worldwide and can be found using search engines and linked to other information, which may be used to create personality profiles about me. Information posted online, such as photos or videos, can be copied and redistributed and used for the training of artificial intelligence applications. In the case of online publication, the DUK have no control over whether the photos can later be found in locations other than those of the publication and, in particular, there may only be limited legal protection internationally.
My consent is voluntary and is given on the basis of my free decision. Consent can be revoked at any time, e.g. by sending an e-mail to kultur@unesco.de or info@fair-culture.org; in this case, the lawfulness of the processing based on your consent remains unaffected until receipt of your revocation. Since the aim of the measures is to present the event, the photos/videos can be retained without express revocation until at least December 31, 2030, but in any case until the end of the project "Fair Culture". Photos/videos in which I am recognizable and which essentially only show me will be removed from the website after an explicit revocation and will no longer be used for new printed matter. If I am depicted on the photo/video together with other persons, the photo/video does not have to be removed, but it is sufficient if I am immediately made unrecognizable on the photo/video (e.g. by pixelation or retouching). If the recordings were available on the Internet, they will be removed insofar as this is subject to the DUK's powers of disposal.
